Rapid start fixed price
Rapid Start offerings are CrossGEN’s fixed price offerings to quickly implement a Data Security solution for protection and to demonstrate ROI. They contain a set scope, fixed tasks, outcomes and deliverables. Scope is limited to a base install of the solution
time and materials
Time and Materials contract for assessment, implementation and operational services while allowing for completion of the service with the flexibility to adjust scope or timeline if needed. To determine actual timeline and cost, a scoping session will need to be conducted. Results of the scoping details will be an executable contract, project timeline and budgetary estimate.
Fixed price
A Fixed Price contract for assessment, implementation and operational services in any combination can be completed. For a Fixed Price contract, we will need to perform an Assessment or scoping session. Results of that scoping session will be an executable contract with a scope, fixed deliverables, fixed price and payment schedule based on deliverables.
resident engineers
A Staff Augmentation contract provides the most flexibility by allowing for scope, time and task changes. The resident engineering contract can be used to fill unfamiliarity and skill gaps with in-house resources. The knowledge gained from a resident engineering engagement can be used to maintain, support and mature application / data security controls.
