CrossGEN Now an Oracle Gold Partner

August 7, 2018–CrossGEN has expanded its relationship with Oracle, in response to clients’ requests to directly fulfill and consult across the full array of Oracle’s Cloud and On-Premise Security products and services.

CrossGEN is a Data Security Firm, founded by a group of ex-Oracle Security “Blackbelts”, who worked on the company’s most sophisticated client implementations.  The firm’s heritage is world class consulting across Oracle’s Database Security product-set, extending into Oracle’s rapidly-expanding set of Managed Cloud Services.

Casey Plunkett is the Founder and CEO of CrossGEN.  Previously, he led Global Sales for the IBM Security, Cloud and Service Management portfolios; as well as Senior Director of Oracle’s North America Security Practice.

“Becoming an Oracle Gold Partner enables CrossGEN to expand beyond consulting offerings that protect the onpremise Oracle database into hybrid cloud monitoring solutionsFor nearly a decade at IBM Tivoli, I was closely involved with R&D and M&A decisions on various levels of Monitoring technology.  As such, I am impressed with how quickly and robustly Oracle has developed these Managed Cloud Services.  Monitoring and Protection are essential capabilities in the Data Security Lifecycle, which helps clients secure data that resides in yesterday’s, today’s and tomorrow’s technology.  CrossGEN will continue to expand our capabilities across the Data Security Lifecycle, and better address heterogeneous environments, through R&D and partnerships in the Security X™ initiative.
